How to Obtain a Mortgage

The mortgage process seems confusing to many. The very first step in buying a home is to choose a Loan Officer and obtain a Pre-Approval for a mortgage.

A good Loan Officer will..

Take the mystery out of the mortgage process and help you evaluate your financial position.

Assist you in choosing a loan product that best suits your current needs

Help you determine what price range you should consider.

Inform you about the current interest rates, and closing costs.

Once you receive the Mortgage Pre-Approval (Credit approval), you are ready to go house hunting. With a Pre-Approval, you can feel confident in making an offer on your dream home. In turn, the potential seller will feel confident about your offer because the written Mortgage Pre-Approval is evidence of your credit worthiness.

If you are not yet working with a Loan Officer, please feel free to contact any one of the experienced Loan Officers listed below.
